These terms cover the site and waitlist now, and the public beta when a signed release becomes available.
1. Current availability
The public app release is gated. Joining the waitlist does not create a promise that a build will ship on a particular date, that access will be granted, or that a future feature or price will exist.
If a signed public beta becomes available, its release notes and any additional terms will describe the build and supported environment.
2. Waitlist consent
By joining, you ask to receive important release notes and the public-beta launch message when email delivery is enabled. You may request removal at any time. You must provide an address you are entitled to use.
3. Provider accounts and connected services
Cerebro does not include Claude Code, Codex, model access, or provider usage. You are responsible for installing and authenticating provider tools, paying provider charges, and complying with their terms.
You are also responsible for the workspaces, repositories, accounts, and services you connect. Do not give the app authority you do not have.
4. Autonomous operation
Cerebro is designed to let the Conductor and agents operate after you deliberately choose a top-level autonomy boundary. Under an autonomous preset, they may take real actions inside the selected workspace and connected services.
You remain responsible for choosing that boundary, reviewing the mission, protecting credentials and backups, monitoring high-impact work, and using pause, stop, or redirect when appropriate. Receipts and status improve accountability but do not guarantee that an agent's output is correct, safe, complete, or suitable for production.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the site or app to violate law, access systems without permission, distribute malicious software, interfere with the service, abuse provider infrastructure, or harm other people. Do not attempt to defeat release, origin, signup, or delivery protections.
6. Beta software
Beta software may be incomplete, unstable, or change without notice. Features may be added, removed, renamed, or limited. Keep independent backups and verify important work before relying on it.
The software and site are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. No warranty is made that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
7. Ownership and feedback
You retain ownership of your workspaces, prompts, notes, and outputs subject to provider terms and applicable law. Cerebro retains its software, design, branding, and site content.
If you provide feedback, you allow it to be used to improve the product without an obligation to compensate you.
8. Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, Cerebro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site, waitlist, providers, connected services, or beta software.
These terms may change as the release and company structure mature. The current effective date will remain on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
